Approved designs can lose proportion, fit or critical details when translated into production.
Our development team checks structure and fit before tooling or sampling decisions are locked. If a proportion or component relationship looks risky, it is corrected while the change is still manageable.

Mixed materials and demanding structures can create unexpected manufacturing risks.
Acetate, metal, titanium and mixed-material frames behave differently during machining, forming, finishing and assembly. We review connection points and process limits early, especially on structures that combine more than one material.

Standard acetate samples typically take 7–15 days. That gives the buyer an earlier point to check fit, color and finishing before the launch schedule tightens.

High-mix orders need a different production plan from long runs of a single style. We schedule style changes and smaller batches around the actual order mix so work stays organized and delivery dates remain visible.

OUR FACTORY
Our eyeglasses factory in China produces sunglasses and optical frames for OEM and ODM projects. Precision processing, hand finishing, assembly, inspection and packing are managed in-house at key stages.
Precision CNC machining defines frame outlines, grooves and key dimensions. Critical dimensions are checked before parts move into later finishing.
Tumbling removes machining marks and softens rough edges on acetate components before hand finishing.
Hand polishing is used on visible surfaces, edges and corners where the final feel of the frame depends on manual control.
Assembly checks focus on alignment, hinge movement and overall frame balance.
Before packing, the operator checks the finished frame and separates anything that needs correction.
Final inspection covers appearance, alignment and function before shipment.
